What will be Your responsibilities?
- Supporting the Clients in problems solving, tickets requests, customer care for German speaking regions
- Phone and e-mail support, escalations, repoting, incident management
- Providing technical solutions and ideas, cooperating with 1st line analysts and higher levels
- High quality customer assistance
Requirements:
- Proficient/fluent knowledge of French language
- Communicative English (spoken and written, min. B2)
- The experience in a 1st line, technical support - min. 1 year
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft environment and its products
- Very good communication skills, patience, empathy
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Ambition, team spirit and positive attitude:)
- Ability to incorporate soon and willingness to grow within IT environment
