For our Client - internationally recognized company, that establishes a new Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for ambitious candidates with excellent French skills.
As a part of a customer solution team, you will be responsible for providing high-level of services for one Client. Working on this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and service to B2B Clients (includes accounts ‘at risk’, selected new customers, customers with significant potential and those where customer care is part of a contractual agreement). In your scope of responsibilities will be also reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards.
To be successful on this position you need to have Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Economics, Linguistic, Business Management. According to cross-functional projects and international scope of activities at this position you have to be fluent in English and French. Ideal candidate should have good communicational and multitasking skills.
