Your new company
Global provider of information security services and IT systems which has recently entered the polish market.
Your new role
As a leader of a front-end team, you will be tasked with managing, motivating, coaching and inspiring team members, setting individual objectives, conducting 1:1's and performance appraisals. You will be also responsible for the quality of the development standards and code.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as the Team Leader, you will need experience in a similar position and minimum 5 years’ work experience in software developing. You will be expected to know HTML5, CSS3 and Angular.JS (or other JS framework). Well-developed soft skills, proactive attitude and collaborative work style are the features that allows you to succeed on this position.
Very good English is a must.
