Frontend Developer

The person in this position will work with various teams to mentor and help implement a new project in ReactJS.
Responsibilities:
- Advice on the best practices for designing and implementing a new ReactJS based system
- Mentor developers by being the main point of contact for questions related to ReactJS and by holding frequent code reviews
- Work with team members by identifying specific areas for improvement and organizing sessions to cultivate a better understanding and better implementation of the framework
- Work with agile teams
Must have:
- Practical experience in React.js, preferably more than 1 longer project, and preferably participated in building it from scratch all the way to production.
- HTML5, CSS3 knowledge.
- Experience with rendering React components on the server.
- Experience with setting up build and deployment pipelines for JavaScript projects – preferably for React
- Experience with SOA-based systems
- Ability to understand English verbal and written instructions of varying levels of detail,
- Exhibit a high level of individual initiative
- Ability to work in team.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Redux, Saga, webpack.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Production experience with other JS frameworks, perhaps Angular – at least on a level where a person can discuss differences, cons and pros.
- SASS knowledge.
- Experience with Docker
