Due to Pricing team development, an experienced analyst is required to join the company in a Fuels Pricing Strategy Specialist position.

CEE Pricing Team is responsible for 6 countries (PL, CZ, SK, HU, BG, RU). CEE Network size is 1000+ retail sites under 2 different business models. The purpose of this position is to manage Fuel Pricing Strategy in two countries from CEE region. Fuel Pricing is a very complex & key value enabler across the Market Units, which requires a competent pricing analyst to leverage profitability up to its potential. Fuels Pricing Strategy Specialist works through intensive relationship with Senior District Mangers and Territory Managers and also cooperates closely with many departments, both in Retail (Marketing, Network, B2B Team) and outside Retail (Supply & Distributions, Finance).

Main accountabilities:

Share accountability and jointly manage pricing decision-making and volume/margin performance with the SDMs and TMs of respective countries;

Support delivery of the financial plan;

Lead the development of annual Operation Pricing Policy and Pricing Statements;

Provide business value added analysis and forecasting analysis;

Provide proactive and analysis based pricing initiatives for the market, trade area, and site level;

Evaluation of pricing initiatives;

Represent the pricing Team on the Business meeting and Operational reviews;

Cooperate with other departments (Marketing, Network, Commercial Fleet, Supply & Distributions) and Global Pricing Team in order to maximize business opportunities.


Experience and qualification required:

University degree required;

3 years of experience in sales analyst or business analyst, finance role (Pricing experience as well as finance experience will be additional advantage);

Demonstrable competence in Stakeholder Management;

Excellent analytical skills (very good knowledge of MS Excel);

Excellent communications skills;

Open, proactive and supportive personality;

Ability to work virtually in international environment;

Focus on delivery and ability to perform multitasking activities;

Active involvement in developing business proposals & decisions;

Fluent English and Polish.
