Project Description:
You will be a part of a new group of JavaScript / Angular developers, that will have the opportunity to influence how we will build processes around the development environment in our department and in the ART Asset management & Trading.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Business Analysts and your other colleagues that know the foundation of data very well. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Development of frontend in Angular - creation of new features and migration of old Java pages
- Collaborate with our UX/UI team to design
- You will be Mr. GO-TO for your colleagues because of your skills and experience in JavaScript/Angular development
- Assisting in the creation and evolving of REST API's
- Analyzing underlying data for the front-end
- And you will have the opportunity to learn new stuff in your daily work - both related to the business you will work together with but also new technical areas
Skills
- 5+ experience in software development as a front-end dev
- 2+ experience in Angular 2+ (preferably version 10 or 11)
- Experience with complex Angular applications, components, modules, stores, services
- Good understanding of Angular CLI, Node.js, npm, rxjs, ngrx
- Experience working with monorepos (nrwl/nx)
- Understanding of micro frontends architecture (webpack 5 & module federation)
- Experience with using RESTful services
- Familiar with testing frameworks (ex. Jasmine) & test runner framework (ex. Karma)
- Familiar with e2e testing (e.g. Protractor or Cypress)
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS and writing cross-browser compatible code
- Understanding of UI frameworks concept (Ex. Bootstrap, Google Material Design)
- Hands on experience with GIT, BitBucket, Jira, Confluence, VS Code or IntelliJ IDEA
- Experience with teaching and evangelizing other developers using modern learning techniques e.g. pair programming, code reviews, online course, firm mentorship
- Self-organized, independent expert in frontend field; business acumen
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
