For our Client, one of the largest global custodian and global asset managers, we are searching for skilled, focused on quality and details individual that is willing to develop his/her skills as a Java Developer. The role is to facilitate the growth of a modern Client Technology Solutions, located in Poland, Wroclaw.

Your new role
For our Client we are looking for Full Stack Java Developers – AIS Nexen whose primary job responsibilities would be: requirements analysis, application design and implementation, unit Test design and implementation, application deployment, third level support of deployed applications.
Few words about Nexen project:
NEXEN is our Client’s next-generation technology platform. It redefines finance and helps solve some of the challenges their clients face through its scale, data, automation, speed and access to third-party solutions. NEXEN's vast scale is driven by seven core components. First of all as a platform it is using highly scalable private cloud hosted in client’s data centers. It provides cohesive, integrated access to tremendous amount of Client’s business data through APIs allowing integration between our internal services as well as with our clients’ solutions. There is also gateway piece, which delivers business solutions, capabilities and data across all access devices and workflow service providing common experience for our clients to initiate work, track progress and interact with our Client’s services. Digital pulse gives us ability to track activities and transactions within the bank which results in predictive analytics and allows us to identify clients’ needs and drive creation of new services. Finally there is App Store which is a virtual store offering apps from a wide range of providers and on one of such applications you’ll be working on. It has frontend part based on Angular, Node and Bootstrap and backend which uses Java (1.8v), Spring (4.3v), Spring Integration (4.3v), Spring Batch (3.0v) and OAuth 2. It’s deployed on Apache Tomcat (8.0v), uses GitLab as a source control tool, Jenkins for CI and JIRA a task management tool.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills, both face to face and with remote locations.
3-6 years of experience in Java EE.
Formal education in Computer Science or Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience in: web application frameworks (preferably Spring), integration with multiple back-end systems, working with offshore teams for delivering the projects.
Knowledge of JavaScript UI frameworks (AngularJS, D3 is a plus).
Web Services (REST preferable).
