Functional Architect Cloud Telephony

Responsibilities:
- To carry out functional and technical studies to verify the feasibility of solutions in cooperation with experts of the group
- To design customer journeys using the identified technical solutions in order to improve the customer experience
- To design and monitor the realization and qualification of solutions
- To provide support and expertise for qualification process
- To advise and support operating teams on the subject of the service platform
- To introduce the quality assurance checks at the various stages up to the implementation in productions
Skills:
- Understanding of telephony and collaboration networks architecture
- Realization of technical and functional studies, preparation of functional specifications
- An understanding of the OBS environment or corporate communications services would be a plus
- Knowledge or sensitivity to the services of the major players in the Web (Google, Skype, Webex, etc.) is appreciated
- Scrum/Agile method
- Autonomy, curiosity, creativity & innovation, perseverant
- Team player, good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- English is mandatory
