Functional Business:
- Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff.
- Recommends process, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges.
- Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact in the business.
- Work independently and has significant latitude to solve problems.
- Maintain or create documentation reflecting all functionalities delivered throughout bespoke solutions in order to facilitate the reusability.
- Analyze customer systems and service requirements.
- Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational models and plans.
- Write functional specifications used for customization and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirements.
- Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements.
- Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
- Deliver customer training on the solution when necessary.
Project Coordination:
- Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule and SECO roadmap.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
- Ensure management of project controls like risks, issues and dependencies.
Review project deliverables and ensure they are of the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the project plan. Communication with stakeholders both internal and external.
*Good English (written & spoken). *Valid Experience in business travel industry with deep understanding of specific business processes for one or several travel industry (ies). *In-depth knowledge and expertise covering Customer Profiles, PNR, Pricing, Document Issuance, Queues, Office Profile set up, Security both in command and in the GUI of Amadeus Selling Platform Classic and Amadeus Selling Platform Connect and all associated products like Productivity Suite.
Provide Amadeus Functional expertise and to support new/existing customers in the integration of Amadeus Selling Platform Connect and Script migration from Amadeus Selling Platform Classic.
