Job Description:
- Delivering projects for high-tech companies related to functional strategies, operational improvement, system implementations or transformations of customer facing functions (Sales, Customer Care or Marketing) or back-office functions
- Performing the role of project manager or project/stream leader responsible for end-to-end delivery and interaction with clients
- Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery: work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients, independently handle project work stream with limited supervision
- Leading business development activities (building internal Accenture network to promote Capability Network service offering, preparation of proposals, presentations for the clients)
- Delivering internal Accenture projects related to the development of new markets or innovative client services in high-tech sector
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Master degree from top Universities, preferred postgraduate, MBA
- 6+ years of strong high technology industry background work experience in a High-Tech company or in the High-Tech domain of leading consulting company
- Extensive knowledge of current trends and market developments at high-tech sector
- Consulting or functional experience in one or more of the areas like:
- Project/Program Management including set-up and running Project Management Office
- Change Management including complex stakeholder management
- Process analysis, design and improvement (Six Sigma certificate would be an asset)
- Sales and Customer Care operations transformation (multichannel)
- Business analysis of functional/process requirements related to system implementation
- CRM/Sales force automation transformation
- Cost reduction
- Product and services innovation
- Mobility transformation
- Business case/business plan development (top line and costs)
- Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation/ERP systems will be an asset
- Should have consulting, team management and project delivery experience - required
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
