General Ledger Accountant

Key responsibilities:
- Calculation of recharges, provisions and other GL entries based on data retrieved from other systems or IT applications
- Fixed assets processing – creation, modifications to, withdrawal of FA, depreciation run CAPEX reporting etc.
- Management of prepayments
- Open items analysis in GL accounts and posting of appropriate GL entries
- Performing reconciliation of accounts during the month end closing & related uploads to the reconciliation tool
- Postings/upload of GL entries in SAP according to the client’s requests
- Cooperation with the client’s accountants especially during moth end close
- Process documentation update and creation (manuals, charts, follow-up data)
- Reporting of management data on the service provided
Qualifications:
- English level B2 or more
- Knowledge of Dutch would be considered an advantage
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to coordinate own work with that of the team and maintain good relationship with the client
- 1 years of accounting experience (accounting experience in GL area will be an advantage)
- SAP skills
