Job Description:

Preparation of year-end audit Statutory Fixed Assets Packs according to the written procedures

Leading and driving projects related to Fixed Assets area – taking active part in proposing, planning and executing approaches to different projects

Close cooperation with the Client counterparts to establish and moderate process frame under various projects

Perform monthly and quarterly tasks in line with procedures
-
Perform a detailed review of both B/S and P/L Fixed Assets accounts for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
-
Management of the relationship with the business counterpart

Ensuring effective communication within the business counterpart to address all issues and lead resolution actions

Taking full responsibility for timely preparation of all deliverables related to allocated tasks

Identifying opportunities for process improvements

Fluent English
-
Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus

Audit experience will be a very strong asset

Highly developed analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment

Ability to execute tasks from the counter party

Experience in identifying, writing and prioritizing business requirements

Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset

MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)

Ability to follow written procedures very precisely

Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing
