Summary
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for service delivery with zero surprises for a particular process e.g. ICM, Banking, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation and Journals
- Responsible for driving process standardization and delivery excellence for the process and team
- Responsible for pro-active issue resolution and troubleshooting
- Responsible for effective people management and appraisal
- Ensure full compliance with internal audits/external audits
You have
- University degree in Finance / Accounting must have
- Strong leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English (min.C1)
- Flexible about work content and timings
- Proficient in the use of desktop and workflow management tools
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Period End Process and Financial Reporting on SAP applications
- Excellent knowledge Candidates with excellent knowledge of Group Financial Reporting on Hyperion would be preferred
