For our Client, international IT software provider, we are currently looking for proactive Customer Support Specialist with fluent German.

Ideal profile?

- Fluent German and English speaker,
- Problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment,
- First experience in customer service and IT related area
- Passion, ambition and readiness for challenges.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for handling e-mails and customer calls to solve their actual problems related to e-commerce platform. Moreover, this person will cooperate closely with other teams in order to create a report on mistakes and avoid them in the future.

Our client offers work within a young, dynamic and international team, work on innovative projects, chillout room, integration and training plan, financial range 3500-4000pln gross (depending on qualifications) and more.
