If individual project components, tasks or entire projects are awarded, it is planned to have the (partial) project management carried out by the nearshore service provider. Close cooperation and coordination with Helaba's project managers is necessary, particularly in the initial phase, in order to guarantee that the objectives are achieved while complying with quality criteria, meeting deadlines and achieving the desired cost savings. The provision of services will therefore probably be necessary to a large extent at the project location in Frankfurt.
Project planning: definition of the (sub)goals of the project and development and distribution of task packages
Risk management and communication
Management of the project team and other external service providers and stakeholders, management and moderation of specialist teams
Documentation and communication of the results (presentations / reports)
Comprehensive project management, management and responsibility of all objectives, milestones and the project budget. Change management in case of necessary postponement of the project scope
Communication of intermediate and final results (presentations, communication with stakeholders of the project
Language skills: As an essential interface between Helaba and the Nearshore Centre, the minimum requirement is secure written and oral communication in German
