Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services organization that develops a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking for a GL/Client Accountant.
Your main responsibility as the GL/Client Accountant will be participating in the month end process, preparing monthly reports(budget, forecast), updating and analyzing balances of GL accounts and booking journals. Within the role you will also be responsible for close cooperation with other accounting teams(AP, AR, TAX), monitoring client bank accounts and preparation of monthly bank reconciliations. You will also be a first point of contact and support to any finance related queries and resolving customer inquiries.
In order to be successful on this position you should have Master’s Degree in economics/ finance related discipline with minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, including 1 year in General Ledger. Professional experience of wide range of accountancy within a SSC/BPO or Accounting Office environment is strong asset as well as experience in change management, flexibility and ability to think strategically. We seek a professional with excellent communication skills and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of any ERP system(SAP, PeopleSoft, Navision) is an asset. You need to speak fluent English.
