On behalf of our Client, the production company, which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Global Business Process Services Manager.
Global Business Process Services Manager will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing global processes and providing global business process consulting services. Main responsibilities on this position will include examining end-to-end business processes, change management, developing, managing, and implementing projects to support tactical and strategic initiatives, developing and managing business requirements and project plans, recommending solutions and performing cost analyses, organizing and leading project design and implementation teams, leading facilitation, ideation and training.
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management or related field, and minimum 6 years of progressive business experience, including at least 4 years’ experience managing projects (Candidates with PMP/ Lean/ Six Sigma Certificate will be looked at favourably). Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management (PMBOK Guide) will also be a strong asset. It is important that the Candidate is open to frequent travelling (up to 40%) to international business locations, sometimes for extended periods of time. Additionally, proficiency in PC/software skills with word processing, spreadsheet, workflow, PowerPoint, project management and database applications is desired.
