- Ensure creation and implementation of Functional Training system across the GBSs’ in partnership with Operational Excellence function and other functional teams
- Define, develop and deploy a harmonized, functional onboarding program
- In partnership with local GBS P&C ensure holistic approach on all internal and external functional training providers
- Capture, distribute and archive intellectual capital
- Ensure timely preparation, revision, update, tracking and expenditure control of the functional training budget in line with GBS needs
- Manage and develop the team via clear objective setting, development needs analysis, support professional and career development of the team reporting directly and indirectely
- Have an University Degree, preferably in economics, finance, special process and/or Lean management, education, training, or any other related field is strongly preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience leading, creating and implementing functional/technical capability building or Operational Excellence programs, in large multi-function sites or in a corporate environment
- A proven track record of program development, training delivery, experience implementing both e-learning and blended learning solutions
- Strong knowledge in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Fluent in English
- A proven ability to match business requirements with learning needs
- strong analytical skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and network with colleagues across the GBS and broader organization
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication and influencing skills
- Experience in change management programs and Agile ways of working would be a plus
