Global Change Manager - FMCG

For our Client, globally known international FMCG company based in Southern Poland, we are looking for experienced Candidates for position of Global Change Manager among European Project Management Office

Working in this position you will be responsible for change / process improvement projects across the group ( several factories in EU and Asia). Within this role you will be responsible for project management of key business change projects in supply chain area – Masterdata, demand planning, supply chain planning and operations projects – factory expansion. Person on that position will lead the strategic change management projects from sourcing to settlement. The role require delivery of assigned projects on time, within budget, achieving all agreed objectives as defined and agreed in the project definition.

To be successful in this role you should have 5+ years Management experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing and experience of leading major change projects and improvement initiatives. A successful candidate would have strong communications skills in English, plus another European language would be an advantage. We are looking for professionals with positive customer focused attitude to providing solutions in line with real business needs. European Travel required for this role (50-60%)
