About the department:
Interventional Urology division in Coloplast develops, produces, and markets products for surgical treatment of various urological and gynecological disorders. In IU B2B Sales Support Team we manage a big part of sales related processes such as processing orders from business clients, organizing shipments, invoicing, reporting, and maintaining communication with both external and internal stakeholders. Due to the acquisition of Atos Medical, the team also provides operational support to Regional Sales Managers responsible for Emerging Markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the distributor’s contract- making drafts and changes, getting signatures, preparing termination documents, adding amendments.
- Governing product prices process across distributor markets.
- Taking responsibility for onboarding new distributors, including incorporating new distributors into Coloplast procedures, supporting Regional Sales Managers in organizing product training.
- Managing Tender forecasting - gathering and validating data from the markets.
- Governing Market Expansion Plans.
- Helping distributors manage their stock levels.
- Issuing documents such as POAs, LOAs, LOC, bank guarantees, credit notes, payment follow-up.
- Participating in financial audits.
- Being involved in SVS processes regarding product changes and discontinuation.
- Taking part in new product launches (IVS processes).
- Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs department regarding product registrations, re-registrations or MDR.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex business environment.
- Fluent written and oral English skills (min. C1).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in working in any ERP system.
- Financial, legal or supply chain background (education or job experience) will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with process migration would be an advantage.
- Broad business understanding.
- Understanding of legal, financial and accounting principles.
- Enjoying working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Ability to keep track of tasks in a complex environment.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritizing own workload according to deadlines and requirements.
