Global Financial Systems Analyst

- Work with process owners to understand, document and implement process change for all finance activities as related to systems
- Assist in defining and maintaining General Ledgers, Fixed Assets, Interco, AP, AR and reporting set ups
- Works with the Track leads and SME’s to develop user acceptance and stress test scripts.
- Ensure proposed IT design maximizes system/tool capabilities with regards to requirements
- Manage effective working relationships with Transformation team Track Leads and Subject Matter Experts
- Assist in design and delivery of end user training material
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years relevant work experience with demonstrated knowledge in General Accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Asset, Account Payable or Account Receivable processes
- Previous experience with Oracle R12 a plus
- Critical attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, willing milestone deadlines
- Ability to work in intense, fast paced, multinational work environment
