Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Develop HR Reports and Dashboards using Oracle BI as the primary BI tool and/or PeopleSoft/SQL
- Understand enterprise meta data and inform customers on logic and definitions of the metrics requested to stress data governance
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their objectives and business models to be able to expedite their reporting requirements
- Work with various customer groups to build, test and publish dashboards to meet their specifications and requirements
- Extrapolate the reporting requests into analytics opportunities to further assist requestors
- Exercise prioritization to ensure that the SLAs are met
- Coordinate with onshore reporting team to delegate report development activities
- Perform quality control on all deliverables to ensure highest level of quality, accuracy and service levels
- Translate reporting requirements into data element requirements that can be used by the information management function to propose data warehouse enhancements
- Provide support in troubleshooting / investigations
- Review and provide guidance to BI initiatives in various operating companies
- Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements
- Stays current with emerging technologies, industry best practices in the solution domains
- Collaborate, communicate with different teams, and triage technical issues across teams
- Be a resource in developing training materials, writing communications and assisting with answering help desk tickets

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field
- 3+ years of hands on experience developing reports using OBIEE (Oracle BI) or PeopleSoft
- Must be proficient with OBIEE 11g
- 3+ years' experience in dashboard development
- Ability to work creatively in Answer
- Experience in prototyping and designing front end dashboard and reports.
- Experience working directly with end user in defining solution.
- Strong communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Solid SQL skills
- Work with data warehouse development team to support user report request
- OBIEE Certification preferred
