Global Internal Communication Manager

• Define, develop and share the BSv global internal communications editorial calendar and plan, aligned with GIC calendar and themes and BSv global M&C plan


• Identify appropriate target audience for messages and deliver message via the appropriate channel


• Execute the BSv Internal Communications plan pro-actively liaising with contributors, stakeholders and SMEs 


• Strongly support the BSv solutions internal campaigns launch working in close collaboration with BSv Product Marketing


• Drive the content update on BPO Intranet hub, working in close collaboration with webmaster and PMO


• Support the organization of major internal events (mobilization event, Strategic Boards…) and fully contribute to the staging of these events


• Bring innovation to the communications arena through use of varied medium


• Ensure collection of all statistics / data to evaluate in a regular and structured manner the landing of the communication within the target groups ,resulting in inputs for improvement of Communication activities and the usage of the internet


• Work with the BSv M&C team to plan, review and edit all internal communications

The person will be responsible for delivering all aspects of BSv employee-focused communications, information collation and dissemination (within BSv and across the Group), ensuring a clear, open and accessible information about the business, our services, our operational activities and our people.

• A minimum of six years of experience in communications along with hands-on writing experience in preferably marketing, journalism, communications or a related field.


• Strong project management and communication skills


• Very high standards of both spoken and written English


• University degree in marketing, journalism, media studies or related qualification


• Flair for writing attention grabbing pieces to engage the reader


• Creativity – the ability to edit and shape communications to grab the reader’s attention


• An eye for detail and for accuracy, as all publications are highly visible 


• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
