For our client, a global leader focused on improving the health and safety of people and the environment with Sheared Service Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidate to fill a position of Global Lean Project Leader.

An integral member of the global Business Process Optimization team, the Lean Project Leader is responsible for leading approved process improvement/optimization projects in support of strategy deployment and the Company Lean Enterprise. Such global projects will have defined goals, scope and timelines and will typically involve leading multi-site, cross functional teams in creating customer value through the systematic elimination of all forms of waste (Lean). Projects may also be focused on reducing variation and minimizing defects (Six Sigma). The successful candidate will have significant experience utilizing a broad portfolio of process optimization methodologies and techniques.

A successful candidate should have proven exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills, should be confident and comfortable interacting with all levels, and across all functions within the Company. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, creative and resourceful individual, with an acute process improvement orientation able to provide effective and insightful training to others. The ideal Candidate has to be well organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, can influence cross functional collaboration towards the common goal. Moreover 5+ years of proven Lean Six Sigma experience as a certified Black Belt is required (in a Shared Service Center environment). At last but not least strong working knowledge of Management reporting and analysis systems and data query tools as well as ability to travel internationally is desirable.
