For our client, an international company creating a new business services center in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for an experienced:
Global Project Manager – Payroll & Time Management
to support the global Payroll and Time Management transformation
Location: new GBS Centre in Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid)
Job description
- This role will lead the definition and execution of the global approach, considering different solutions such as outsourcing, SAP SuccessFactors, and local country requirements.
- The successful candidate will work closely with Global HR, HR IT, local teams, payroll teams, vendors, and implementation partners to define the roadmap, manage deployments, and ensure solutions are aligned with the future HR operating model.
- This is a key international role requiring strong project management skills, experience in HR transformations, and the ability to manage complex global initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience managing global HRIS or HR transformation projects;
- Experience managing multi-country Payroll and/or Time Management initiatives;
- Understanding of payroll processes, HR systems, and different delivery models (outsourcing and technology solutions);
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms;
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working with global teams and external partners;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Experience managing payroll outsourcing programmes (preferred);
- Experience defining HR technology strategies or operating models (preferred);
- Certification PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum (preferred).
