Global SAP Testing Senior Coordinator

• Developing integrated testing strategy.


• Coordinating of all related testing activities through each phase of testing: test environment set up, data creation, communicating roles and responsibilities (including people involved outside of the core team), sequencing of testing, execution of testing, issue resolution, defect management, reporting, etc. 


• Managing test lab daily activities 


• Ensuring Integration Manager across all tracks is appropriately engaged in testing


• Proactively identifying test management issues for escalation to the accountable process or IT lead


• Engaged in consulting with track leads


• Collecting and sharing metrics with project team 


• Communicating and distribution of Test Management changes to assigned team


• Identification of process or technical improvement opportunities


• Knowledge transfer of ALM to respective team members or testers


• Participation in monthly Test Mgmt Enterprise meetings


• Acting as a SAP AR/CC trainer (will act as the Global AR/CC super user for training)

Testing Coordinator  includes support and facilitation in monitoring test case execution and test analysis as well as facilitation, review and scheduling/coordinating of testing sessions. The role will require frequent travel (USA, Mexico, Brasil). 

• Advance skills in SAP


• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain or Business Administration


• Relevant experience in above areas


• Previous experience at testing phase


• Credibility as the front line knowledge owner, coach, expert for the process / functional area


• Change advocate for processes, tool set utilization and proper standards as required


• Ability to instruct users on Test Management methodology


• Ability to participate in enhancement process at an enterprise level


• Spanish command will be a great asset


• Min. good English command


• Ability to work with geographically distributed and diverse team across multiple time zones (USA, South America)
