Under general direction, the Global Software Delivery Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating resources within our Global Enterprise to support GSD objectives. The person will maintain, operate and support Configuration Manager tools for IP facilities throughout Global Enterprise to enable and deliver software and hardware inventory, software installation, software updates, software removal, and software / hardware reporting for supported devices.

On this position you will be key member for all software related global projects and initiatives.
The GSD department values and focuses on developing project and change management skills as well as building IT strengths.

May act as the liaison into Information Technology systems management to coordinate and execute software packaging, software installation, software updates, software removal, client inventories, and software/hardware reporting for all managed devices.

Requires day-to-day management and break/fix work of managed clients, servers, and automated software installation packages for all assigned facilities.Must be capable of prioritizing critical tasks, resolving conflict and resolving complex problems within the Configuration Manager infrastructure.

Manages documentation for Configuration Manager tools, including standard operating procedures, best practices, time tracking, and assigned project work.

Provides training and support to first and second level IT support groups for GSD processes.

Requires little to no supervision and capable of handling complex assignments and any technical project from general directions.

Requires ability to perform project management, direct others and be able to handle single or multiple projects on an enterprise level. Demonstrates good communication skills, accuracy, dependability, timeliness, and completeness of assigned work. Also demonstrates maturity in problem solving and independent problem solving skills.

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or equivalent

4 years experience using Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager or related systems management tools

Experience with SQL, MS Platform scripting such as VB script, Jscript or PowerShell, SCCM Installer, Windows Installer Service and MSI packaging / re-packaging.

MCSE certification and project management experience preferred
