For our client, a global player from the energy industry that is currently establishing a new business services unit in Warsaw, we are looking for ambitious students and graduates to join this start-up project. There will be 4 teams created from scratch, supporting the client's business in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

On this position you will be providing complex and end-to-end customer management that covers but is not limited to the following areas and activities: first point of contact and client onboarding, pre-sales (sharing product information, taking orders and entering them into the system, e-commerce) and post-sales (order management, product return, technical queries). Besides, you will work closely with marketing to follow up on leads and identify business opportunities. On top of that you will collaborate with the relevant sales teams to increase revenue and market share.

For this project the right mindset and personality is key - if you are open-minded, you have a positive “can do” attitude and strong communication skills and you are eager to work in a multicultural setting, this role might be just right for you. We are looking for people who are not afraid of new challenges and want to gain valuable experience in supply chain management for a global energy leader. Further requirements are very good language skills in English (min. B2) as well as one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish (min. C1 level). Also, you must be available full-time (40 hours per week).
