As a part of a newly created team in Cracow you will be providing high quality customer service for clients via phone and e-mail. Your duties will include answer inbound customer calls and create support solutions that exceed users' expectations.

Ideal candidate should have fluent French, good English, at least 3 months experienced in customer service and be able to work full-time. Passion for helping others is required.
