As Group Enterprise Risk Manager, you will develop, manage and implement the business risk framework across the Group, acting as a deputy to the Team Lead and support the development and implementation of key business risk projects.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and implementing the overall enterprise risk management process for the organization and enrolling it to multiple functions and sites;
- Performing risk assessments: analyzing current and emerging risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the Company;
- Formulating policies and procedures and supporting Function Heads to ensure that appropriate policies, procedures, systems and controls are implemented;
- Building risk awareness amongst staff, developing and conducting training and maintaining a network of risk champions;
- Seeking standardization and automation, deploying innovative technology, applying and implementing best practices
If you have:
- Very good command of English language (ability to communicate in Polish language is an advantage);
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Europe (Utrecht, Amsterdam, Gdańsk);
- The location in Warsaw, Poland is an advantage (relocation support provided)
- 5-7 years in Project Management, risk & compliance background;
- Considerable experience in biotech, pharma, or food industry is a plus;
- Solid risk consultancy experience;
- Solid understanding and experience with risk management and internal control frameworks (e.g. COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework);
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of business and IT processes, Risk and Internal Controls;
- Knowledge of Internal Audit methodology;
- Forceful wish and dedication to reduce the risk level and increase the maturity level of internal controls, spreading the awareness of the importance of identifying, assessing and monitoring risks and the value of having effective internal controls throughout the organization at all levels;
