About our client
Our Client, a significant multinational successfully operating and growing in Poland is seeking to recruit a highly professional Group Controller to be located in Warsaw to support the development of the company. The successful candidate will be the right hand person to the CFO.
Job description
- Ensure proper communication with the International HQ
- Coordinate financial consolidation reporting (monthly, quarterly)
- Oversight and improvement of the internal control environment
- Create and drive financial planning including all quarterly/annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Initiate efficiencies of cost and working capital opportunities
- Take responsibility for the planning and the realization of investment budgets and monitor the profitability of investment projects
- Manage and develop the Controlling team
- Take initiatives to improve cash flow, prepare monthly and yearly cash-flow forecasts and treasury management
Who we are looking for
- Relevant university degree in Economics / Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a financial controller, preferably in a multinational organisation
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Professional qualification (ACCA, PCA, CIMA, etc) will be an advantage
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
