We are currently looking for candidates for the position:
Responsible for audits assigned to him/her in the Annual internal audit plan, which include following duties:
- Preparation of the business process map and the work program for each audit,
- Conducting the audit based on the work program – interviews with managers and staff, reviews of documentation, processes, transactions processing, and performing test transactions,
- Preparation of the appropriate documentation showing the extent of the audit procedures, a basis for the selection of tests performed and the results of the tests performed (Work Papers).
- Managing/supervising one Junior Auditor / other auditor during the audit,
- Communication of the audit findings on exit meetings to the management,
- Writing audit reports and communication the results of audit to the management,
- Monitoring corrective actions and communication with management,
- Conducting the audits/follow-ups,
- Participation with other team members on an up-date of Audit database, yearly risk assessment with other auditors and other duties ad required
- 5 years on internal audit position, the best in the manufacturing or services providing company,
- Degree from University of Economics,
- Certificate (CIA) from the IIA, ACCA, CA or other are advantages,
- Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills,
- Strong feeling of responsibility for performed tasks,
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task,
- Ability to handle sensitive information,
- Good in time management,
- Ability to keep the strict deadlines,
- Very good English in written and spoken
- Working in the strong, rapidly growing international company,
- Working in the department of 5-6 people but expected to be further extended,
- Very good possibilities for the carrier growth,
- Training programs,
- Possibility to learn from other senior audit team all on the internal auditing,
- Gathering experience from different countries, different cultures, different locations and different business lines (clinic business, laboratory business, health insurance business),
- Conducting approximately 7 audits/year, some of them in PL, 3-4 of them out of PL. Audits are max 2 weeks, when abroad, staying over weekend there (in Europe, 1-2 hours flight),
