We are currently looking for candidates for the position:
Fully responsible for audits assigned to him/her in the Annual internal audit plan, which include following duties:
- Preparation of the business process map and the work program for each audit
- Conducting the domestic / abroad audits in a combination of onsite and offsite procedures, based on the work program – interviews with managers and staff reviews of documentation, processes, transactions processing, and performing test transactions
- Preparation of the appropriate documentation showing the extent of the audit procedures, a basis for the selection of tests performed and the results of the tests performed (Working Papers)
- Communication of the audit findings on the exit meetings to the management
- Writing audit reports and communication the results of audit to the management
- Monitoring corrective actions and communication with management
- Conducting yearly risk assessment with other auditors
- Recording and updating of audit results in Audit database
- Other duties ad required
- Be based in Warsaw in Medicover Sp. z o.o. Office (Al. Jerozolimskie 96) with official working time, in the office starting, from 9 a.m.
- Conduct approximately 7 – 9 audits / year (some of them in Poland, 4-5 of them outside of Poland. Audits are max 2 weeks, when abroad, staying over weekend there
- Be travelling – in Europe, by car or airplane
- Min 7 years on internal audit position, the best in the manufacturing or services providing company, at least 3 years as Senior Auditor
- Degree from a recognized University of Economy
- Accounting Qualification received either from University or any additional (certificate: ACCA, CA or other)
- CIA certificate from the IIA is an advantage
- Strong feeling of responsibility for assigned / performed tasks
- Strong written / verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Excellence in time management
- Ability to keep the strict deadlines
- Multitasking skills
- Flexibility in tasks execution
- Full availability
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Very good English in written and spoken. German, Russian and other languages are advantage
- Driving license B
- Working in the strong, rapidly growing international company
- Working in the department of 4-5 people but expected to be further extended,
