AIBY’s Growth Design Team shapes the first-time user experience — a make-or-break moment in product success. As a Growth Designer, your mission will be to craft seamless and engaging onboarding experiences that increase user retention and optimize conversion rates. You’ll work closely with Growth Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Developers to enhance user engagement and maximize the Lifetime Value (LTV) of AIBY apps.
With AIBY’s diverse product portfolio, you’ll have the opportunity to design for multiple visual styles and audiences while being part of the awesome design community of 50+ professionals.
- Design onboarding screens, paywalls, splash screens, landing pages, and websites for AIBY’s products
- Collaborate with Growth Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers, and Product Designers to align design strategies with business goals
- Enhance and maintain the company’s design systems
- Explore new UX approaches, iterate on your designs based on data insights and user feedback gathered by the UX Research team
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma; After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator mastery; some experience with Lottie
- Strong design portfolio showcasing real-world projects, including consumer mobile apps and/or web products, onboarding flows, and paywalls
- Ability to work in diverse visual styles
- Clear communication skills
- Passion for work and continuous learning
- Knowledge of Russian — fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
