Hard FM Manager

As a Hard FM Manager you will be responsible for:
- Drive Cost reduction initiatives, innovation and projects within facilities;
- Energy management on site, and the identification and implementation of energy reduction and awareness programs (inclunding capex);
- Ensure site performance (KPIs, SLAs, budget, quality, compliance);
- Supervise all European Facilities Contracts and contractors and maintain review process for contracts such as (sprinkler systems, Thermographics, PATS testing, Vibration analysis, Environmental, WWTP, HVAC, Electricity, and Gas.);
- Provide support for EHS projects, EHS regulatory requirements and objectives;
- Implement and manage predictive maintenance tools for facilities equipment where appropriate;
- Responsible for the provision reporting to the client.
Requirements
- A third level degree in an engineering discipline, with a min of 3/5 years relevant experience;
- Previous experience in the facility management, maintenance engineering with in the logistics sector (preferred);
- Proven track record in a Knowledge of maintenance best practice systems;
- Good numerical skills and a good decision maker;
- Flexible work attitude and ability to work on own initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to promote a good team working environment;Availability to travel around Europe;
- Fluent English and confident handling of Microsoft Office and CMMS tools;
- Very good knowledge of English, German language skills would be an asset.
