Responsibilities


To accelerate our growth and become a global leader in our market, we are expanding our Marketing team - as a result, we are actively seeking an experienced Head of Brand Marketing
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our market awareness and industry positioning. You will be primarily responsible for making SALESmanago memorable within the ecommerce, MarTech, SaaS and Startup communities. This position will play a critical role in growing the brand awareness across EMEA and globally and will enhance our reputation as the #1 Customer engagement platform and evangelize our lean marketing movement.
You'll own and manage the end to end execution of the brand strategy, especially building brand awareness through various channels including, PR, events, social, email and through partnerships.

 

You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to realize our ambition and become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. Our ideal candidate will be creative and unique in their approach to B2B brand creation. You thrive in taking risks and creating impactful campaigns that resonate and drive emotion and reaction in the target audience.


What you’ll be doing:
  • Own, plan and deliver a multi-channel brand marketing strategy from start to finish, across various channels including social media, PR, events, strategic partnerships, brand collaborations.
  • Be the brand guardian and lead the development of our brand design, TOV and visual identity
  • Create a brand personality that will frame our values and customer first approach
  • Working closely with our People team and CMO on our employer brand, company reputation and internal team brand engagement
  • Position the company as thought leaders and pioneers of the lean marketing movement and other brand ethoses
  • Own our PR and corporate comms functions
  • Utilize all customer and prospect touchpoints to create and brand moment
  • Be creative in our mission to be memorable
  • Make SALESmanago the top of mind CDP / CXP platform for the global CMO
  • Own the SALESmanago organic social media strategy and execution
  • Build a community of Global CMOs and SALESmanago users to drive engagement and community empowerment
  • Drive forward our culture, values and purpose internally and externally
  • Evolve our sustainability, diversity and inclusion mission.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of B2B brand marketing and awareness building experience in a digital first business
  • Strong understanding of platforms, channels, dynamics, and media strategies for brand awareness and marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience building a strong brand identity in the digital B2B space
  • Previous ownership of PR / social media strategies
  • Good understanding of brand design and how to build brand foundations
  • Track record of brand awareness growth within target audience
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to influence and shape consumer/customer decisions and build brand advocacy
  • Passionate, quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Entrepreneurial mentality - not afraid to test out new ideas and roll up your sleeves to get stuff done
  • Creative boundary breaker and risk taker.
  • HUGE plus if you have experience in the world of Martech or Ecommerce
