Responsibilities:
- Managing media relations, issues management, crisis communications, content creation, and corporate and brand storytelling narratives;
- Creating, leading and implementing the organisation's first internal communications strategy;
- Working closely with Chief Marketing Officer and VP Global Marketingto ensure implementation of company's first global communications plan;
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of the global communications strategy;
- Building, developing and overseeing the activity of a strong communications team;
- Consultant to senior leaders for communications needs;
- Advocate and champion of the brand, supporting and motivating teams across the organisation to adopt tone of voice and messaging;
- Collaborating with HR to draft and adopt company's first Employer Branding strategy;
- Establishing the brand social media channels and strategy.
If you are a person who:
- Has 7+ years' communications experience;
- Has 3+ years' as Communications Director or Head of Communications;
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field;
- Proficient spoken and written English, at least C1;
- Understanding of copywriting, graphic design, layout, and publishing;
- Has strong interpersonal skills as well as negotiation and persuasion abilities;
- Exhibits superior organizational skills and strategic planning abilities;
- Has excellent analytical and leadership skills;
- Thrives on working in a dynamic environment;
- Has interests in new technologies and/or cryptocurrency, blockchain;
- Is friendly, open-minded, and can think “outside of the box”.
