Head of Finance in new SSC

For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Head of Finance.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing leadership for finance teams responsible for GL, AP, AR and other finance processes, close cooperation with Global Process Owners with regards to processes improvement and changes implementation. As Finance Lead you will be also responsible for finance strategy designing including organizational designing, employees recruitment and development, acting as supervisor of finance processes, checking data accuracy, maintain internal control policy, identify and implement changes in processes, preparing annual operational plan as well as leading, mentoring and developing finance teams.

As ideal Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Finance and 4-5 years hands on experience as a Leader preferably in startup organization with ability to manage finance processes, manage a team as well as prepare plans and assigning asks. We are looking for people with Finance diploma and experience which gives very good understanding of finance processes including US GAAP and statutory reporting. You should have experience in process improvement as well as, great communication skills, fluent English, ability to mentor, reward as well as address employee’s needs.
