Responsibilites
- Set qualifications for Project Management Officers, success measurement criteria, methodologies, tools to be used, etc
- Communicate with the customer and internal teams on operational procedures
- Document policies and standards, monitor compliance with them
- Provide central operational reporting
Requirements
- Team Leadership: Ability to coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
- Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to build a strong network and relationships with internal and external customers and vendor groups
- Well organization and ability to prioritize workload
- Powerful communicative and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and according to schedule towards goals and deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, MS Powerpoint
- Fluent English
