Our Client is one of top brands in Poland. Due to the dynamic growth of their organization, they are looking for seasoned Recruitment Manager to join their team on the position of Head of Talent Acquisition – Poland. The team currently consists of 20 Recruitment professionals, dispersed in 2 Client locations.
Your role will be to provide solid expertise in strategic business partnering in the area of sourcing, recruitment and talent management. You will be in charge of developing recruitment strategy for rapidly growing organization, development and execution of ambitious recruiting plans and encouraging usage of multiple channels of sourcing Candidates, using variety of methods and tools. Additionally you will manage relationships with strategic vendors and supervise timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Your key stakeholders will be Communication and Branding Team, HR Manager and Centre Head as well as Functional Heads.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading complex recruitment projects according to tight deadlines, coupled with strong leadership skills proven by managing the team in corporate environment. Very good knowledge about local HR practices is a must, as well as fluency in English.
