For our Client - internationally recognized company, that establishes a new GBS in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidate on the position of Head of Treasury COE.
Head of Treasury COE will be responsible for governance & management of the Treasury middle and back offices processes within COE and BPO. A successful Candidate will be requested to coordinate with the Risk management team (front office processes) to ensure adequate services are provided to the Treasury function to manage risk effectively. At last but not least he or she will be coordinating the Treasury processes with other areas within the COE - Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report to standardise, share learning and best practices and ensure overall alignment of initiatives.
Ideal Candidate should be has minimum of 10 years treasury management experience in a multinational company, detailed knowledge of treasury operations and regulatory requirements, strong knowledge of money and credit markets and strong understanding of Global Shared Service organization and processes. Moreover, we are looking for excellent people manager with ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams, person with strong communication skills with ability to align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in way of effective team working. As a sufficient Candidate you should have ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines and finite resource, operates with a high degree of independence and autonomy: demonstrated by strong planning, organizational, time management, negotiating, and decision making skills. Ability to represent the group with professionalism and integrity in dealings with regulators, subsidiaries, global alliance partners and financial institutions will be considering a great asset. Moreover, fluency in English is a must. Commitment to service excellence, business and financial acumen and very good analytical skills are essential to be successful on this position.
