- Troubleshooting, resolving IT problems (connected with LAN, MS Office, Windows)
- Setting new passwords, managing users profiles
- Responsible for phone/email contact with end- users
- The company is providing the on boarding training
Requirements:
- Advanced level of French or German
- Communicative English
- Philology students are welcomed
- Ability to team work, and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
- Analytical and solving problem skills
- Sense of humour :)
