For our prior Business Partner, leading supplier of networking equipment and network management devices we are currently looking for High Touch Engineer.

Provide tier 3 technical assistance in a variety of networking areas to select customers.

Identify and isolate source of chronic networking problems.

Build Technical repute with customers.

Provide escalation resource within the HTTS organization.

Looking for systemic issues that needs to be addressed

Expected to travel in the region of 1 a month too Customer sites. To attend Quarterly business reviews and bi weekly case reviews.

At least 1 year of experience in network engineering

Specializations in security/collaboration/Data Centre and benefit

CCNP R&S is a minimum, additional technologies will be beneficial

Good communicator with customer engagement within Service provider environment

Able to articulate technical issues to business units and customers

Very good command of English and German
