Hotel General Manager

Hotel General Manager will be responsible for comprehensive hotel management of a unit belonging to the international chain (110 rooms) implementing sales, distribution and pricing strategies in order to achieve set economic targets, applying established standards and providing the highest quality of products and service, establishing, building up and supporting long-term business relationships, taking care about technical condition and inventory value of the hotel, organizing the work of employees and managing the team, preparing budgets and supervising its implementation and operation, optimizing the costs of hotel operation, preparing current and periodical operating reports, according to internal procedures.

Requirements:

• university degree (preferably in management, hotel and/or tourism industry faculty)
• at minimum 5 – year experience in hotel management
• knowledge and experience in hotel finance management
• broad orientation and experience in the area of  Revenue Management
• capability to conduct business talks and negotiations
• capability to create a strong, motivated and committed team of employees
• aptitude for communication and building interpersonal relationships
• excellent self - and teamwork organization
• consequence in acting and pursuit of achieving the set targets
• innovatory, efficiency and self – reliance in operating
• availability and professional mobility
• fluency in English
