Main role of the General Manager is going to be comprehensive operational management of the hotel in order to achieve set economic growth and quality targets as well as development of the hotel team and employees’ individual potential. You are going to be a leader in your daily work and in specific project management, exemplifying the values, skills and spirit of Mercure brand.
