For our rapidly growing Business Centre we are currently looking for:
HR and Facility Manager
Job Purpose:
Fedex Express is currently rapidly developing its European Business Service Centre in Cracow, providing support to operations across Europe in various areas. The main aim of this role is to support and facilitate this growth by leading HR and Facility team and projects. The HR and Facility team is ensuring smooth work of the entire Business Centre, and as Manager you will provide excellent business partnering and supervisory service to (remote) management and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
The successful Candidate will be a leader of the HR and Facility team based in Cracow. Responsibilities will include providing operational HR support to Managers and Employees. Successful Candidate will lead multiple HR initiatives and projects such as employer branding activities, implementing employee’s engagement program, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to Managers, supervising new hire and onboarding process. As a Manager, you will also ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
You will also be expected to initiate and design process improvements and the implementation of best practice within area of expertise; to build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including externally, in order to influence optimal business decisions. As a people manager we expect you to develop and maintain trust based working relationships with the team; foster a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to the work.
Requirements:
Ideal Candidate should have solid experience in similar role (HR BP or HR Manager). Experience and knowledge of human resources regulations, Polish employment law, employee relations and relevant administration practices is also required. We are looking for mature and professional individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner. Excellent English is also a must. Ability to lead people and projects is also required.
