HR and Facility Representative
Job Purpose:
Fedex Express is currently rapidly developing its European Business Service Centre in Cracow, providing support to operations across Europe in various areas. The main aim of this role is to support and facilitate this growth by leading various HR and Facility projects. The HR and Facility Representative will provide excellent business partnering service to (remote) management and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
The successful Candidate will be a part of the HR and Facility team based in Cracow. Responsibilities will include day-to-day operational HR support provided to Managers and Employees. Successful Candidate will be heavily involved in employer branding activities, implementing employee’s engagement program, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to Managers, assisting with new hire and onboarding process. HR and Facility Representative will be also required to maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnership with other members of the team. Hired person will be supporting various ad-hoc HR and Facility projects. Together with the other HR and Facility team members, this person will ensure the success of the Business Center delivering HR and support services to all internal customers.
Requirements:
Ideal Candidate should have solid experience in similar role (HR BP or HR Advisory). Experience and knowledge of human resources regulations, Polish employment law, employee relations and relevant administration practices is also required. We are looking for mature and professional individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner. Excellent English is also a must. Ability to coordinate projects and work with minimal supervision is also required. A true team player will be a must.
