Requirements:
- Flexible and proactive attitude, with good team working skills and able to work autonomously on assigned tasks
- Good administration skills and organization skills with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Good written and oral communication skills of German and English
- Bachelor or Degree, preferable in HR & Payroll area or related area
- Experience in Payroll, Finance or HR Services is a plus
Duties:
- Maintain internal database files and tables
- Compile data for analysis and reporting, and may perform routine analyses
- Preparation and quality check of payroll documents to the client or third parties
- Support the monthly and annual payroll processing
- Answer general inquiries and specific payroll
questions in cooperation with our payroll specialist - Processes personnel forms, records statistics and handles highly confidential material
