Krakow Human Resources team is a part of Global HR organization, providing support for Poland, St. Petersburg, Denmark, Czech Republic and Romania. HR organization manages projects related to career development, analyzing and addressing training needs, recruitment and talent deployment, rewards & recognition, employee relations, employees’ engagement, retention, as well as other HR related requests in line with global policies and procedures.

HR Business Partner (12-months contract with possibility of extending)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Member of Client Facing HR team partnering a number of organizations
• Management of the HR projects and processes (performance management, training and career development programs, talent reviews, talent deployment, rewards & recognition, market analysis, employees' and clients engagement, employee relations, and others)Understanding of customer needs and expectations
• Working aligned with current business strategy, and appropriately recommending relevant actions that will support business goals from people management perspective
• Building strong working relationships with management and employees
• Data collection and analysis
• Updating HR Processes and Policies, and applying improvements, cooperating with regional/global HR Team
• Ability to develop and provide creative recommendations and drive solutions
• Flexible approach to other tasks and projects in alignment with current business requirements
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Higher education degree
• Minimum 5 years of work experience at a similar position, preferably in the multicultural environment
• Very good English skills
• Good understanding of business needs, wide approach to problem solving
• Good networking & negotiation skills, that will enhance the ability to lead and drive projects
• Constantly looking to improve and innovate
• Accountability and ability to work independently
• Highly self-motivated and flexible with a can do solutions focused approach
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deliver effective presentations and training to groups of various size (in person, over the phone, via webinars)
