Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources and recruitment
- Experience in sourcing using a variety of research methods including LinkedIn
- Experience in professional services preferred
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed and all-rounded human resources professional with hands-on experiences in staffing, employee relations, compensation, as well as strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Head of Human Resources and Training & Development Advisor during the annual planning process on strategic people initiatives
- Working with the Head of Human Resources on the delivery of strategic recruiting and hiring activity across all locations in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Creating and owning hiring targets, tracking progress and driving initiatives based on metrics
- Work with marketing and the Head of Human Resources to develop the RFG employment brand internally and externally
- Ensure that RFG’s mission is extended to all candidates
- Review existing processes, identify and implement best practice
- Drive new strategies for attracting top talent and ensuring the employee base reflects the diverse nature of RFG
- Build in-house Sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation. Effectively manage vendor, agency and other recruitment costs.
- Build out Talent Acquisition Programs such as University Relations, drive Diversity initiatives and branding activities that support our hiring targets
- Act as a key stakeholder and thought leader within RFG
